Today we put on two large buffets for the lovely folk down at The British Legion in fratton, serving over 120 guests and catering for a range of dietary requirements too. We were working flat out upstairs and downstairs, making sure every detail looked perfect before the guests arrived. I was so glad to have Mum and Aunty by my side. We absolutely smashed it, and everything came together perfectly. 🌸🌸🌸

This buffet today for around 100 guests represents a solid 4 to 5 days of work, including a 5:00 AM start this morning.🤠

From the initial shopping and baking to the essential safety standards, like temperature logs, “prove it” notes, and allergen labeling, theres a lot of hidden work “back of house”😋

Seeing it all come together for today’s Celebration of Life at The Royal British Legion makes every minute worth it 🌸
