A little throwback to May when we catered The Portsmouth Distillery's centenary gin launch.

The brief was simple; canapes and nibbles for 70 guests.

We served:

• 2 types of gildas - olive, piparra, manchego & olive, piparra, anchovy

• Loaded tortilla bites 3 ways - plain, alioli & roasted red pepper

• Chilled salmorejo shots

• Spanish meatballs in tomato sauce served on slices of crusty bread

• Frozen candied grapes infused with gin & lemon juice

The food was a big hit and we had a great time - can't wait to be back there again. Hopefully with more pics next time because yes, as usual, I took hardly any (oops).

On Thursday I had the pleasure of catering the Machinehead Moto Yard Social - paella for 45 in the rather beautiful surroundings of the Loseley Park estate.

My plan for the day was to take heaps of pics as I cooked so that I had loads of lovely content to share with you. What actually happened is that I took one photo of the veg for the paella, then got completely lost in the cooking and forgot to take any more.

So....yeah 🥴
