✨ Congratulations to Our New Graduates! ✨

We're delighted to celebrate six amazing practitioners who have recently completed their Baby & Children's Reflexology training.

💛 Slide 1 features our Short Course graduates:
Two wonderful practitioners from Coleraine SureStart and Focus on Family, who have completed the short course and can now incorporate reflexology techniques into their existing development and family support programmes.

💛 Slide 2 features our Full Course graduates:
A fantastic mix of practitioners from Little Hands SureStart, Heart N Sole Wellness, Carrickfergus & Larne SureStart, and an independent practitioner. Having completed the full qualification, they can now confidently deliver dedicated 4-week Baby & Children's Reflexology programmes for babies, children, and families in their communities.

It's always a privilege to support passionate professionals as they add another valuable tool to their practice, helping more families access the benefits of reflexology.

‼️Choking - how scary‼️

Nothing will substitute basic first aid and thankfully it says this in the manual for LifeVac.

The money you spend on a LifeVac would easily cover a Paediatric Emergency Basic Life Support class and your head knowledge and hands will always be with you whereas the LifeVac may not be.

At the Emergency Paediatric Basic Life Support workshop Dr Clare covers what to do if your baby or child chokes and also CPR.

Knowledge is easily carried. My advice, find a paediatric emergency first aid class close to you and get the hands on experience and know what to do if an emergency ever happens

Our Babies Who Brunch classes are the perfect mix of expert support, real chats with other parents, and a relaxed morning out with your little one.

Designed for babies approaching 6 months, this 2-week course covers everything from weaning basics to building confidence around introducing food, all in a calm and welcoming environment.

Baby’s hearing 👂🏽

I don’t know a lot on this subject so please share any advice if this is your area of expertise.

But what I do know is, babies should not be exposed to loud noises i.e. noises over 80 dB. Noise under 60bB is good for little ears. To protect their hearing, ear defenders might be a good purchase especially if you are for the North West 200 tomorrow or the fireworks in Portstewart tonight!
