Looking forward to welcoming all our lovely new members in 2026 and helping you all achieve your weight loss dreams with the Easiest plan around.
Our group is on Thursdays and our
NEW SESSION TIMES ARE 8am, 9.30 & 11am
Stalmine Village Hall, Smithy Lane.
Due to a private function in the hall tomorrow our group will be on Friday 2nd January 8am, 9.30, & 11am. Hope to see you there. We will be back to Thursday from the 8th January.

Currently there are 16 men in our group and between them they've lost an INCREDIABLE
