2026 - a beautiful shearing season that’s nearly done ☑️

A huge thank you to everyone that I’ve visited this year, your hospitality, patience and loyalty to my service is what keep me going…

It’s been a tough couple years since dealing with a divorce, relocation, buying and renovating a home as well as a long messy custody battle - but I guess you can all see the difference now. 🌈 ⛈️😇

Some facts and figures from the season;

Stress level - Low
Miles driven - 5000
Alpacas sheared - ⁉️
Countries visited - France, Spain, Portugal, Uk, Denmark
Cut rate - less than 1%
Machines broken - 0
Average shearing time - 8.5 mins / animal

Happy customers - lots (I hope) 🤣

When nature calls: this brave mama paca gave birth to this super cute cria as I was setting up for shearing that day 😩

Fortunately they were both very healthy and able to join all the other pregnant females for their annual service later in the day :)

This heavily pregnant female screamed, spat and peed her way through the service, as they often do… I don’t know, but despite gentle handling and a nice trim, I don’t think she didn’t enjoy the experience 🤷🏽
