🌟🌟🌟🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🐑 3 STAR GREAT TASTE AWARD WINNING WELSH LAMB in the shop THIS WEEK! A limited amount available as the majority has been pre-sold - however there’s still some fantastic 2 star Lamb Shoulders & 3 star Lamb legs on offer! 👌 Also fresh pork bangers, pork loin steaks, burgers, sausage meat, and belly pork this week too 🥳 It’s incredibly busy so stock may vary a little but I am trying to keep ahead of myself! 🥴 Thank you ❤️

Literally nothing better than a proper bacon sarnie to start the day! Our bacon won’t disappear in the pan in a sea of water, instead what you put in you actually get out…
life is like cooking bacon from my little shop…🙋‍♀️😂🐽

🌟Last day today for the remaining fresh Angus, including mince packs, a few rumps, some shin, a few topside roasts and a few delicious rolled briskets.

🌟Pigs go Monday, so next week is a little shaky in terms of stock once again but I have freshly frozen some Beef so hoping that will see me through to the next batch of sausages and pork next weekend 🥴 All our Angus burgers were frozen on the day they were made and these are in the shop until… well they’re not!

🌟We are currently out of eggs too as Upper House Farm are now unable to supply.. so bear with… a new Welsh supplier is incoming!

🌟Welshcakes are due in on Monday… the cook (aka mum) told me she’s been a bit busy so I’ve had a proper word…!! 🙄😂

💫🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🌱🥩Fabulous Fresh Award-winning Grass-fed Angus Beef now available in the shop (🤫 - come grab your piece of this special boy while he’s there 🥳)

I have really struggled to keep up with all of our meat this year and I am processing more than ever, it is constant but hugely appreciated. I actually see more of my packing room than my husband… 😂

The trend continues hence my media posts are a little intermittent…as soon as I post I sell out, so I am posting a little less often! It is, after all, only me doing it all so appreciate your patience. It’s worth just stopping by since I may not have posted! 😉

💥🥩 So… I have mighty Angus steak burgers, spectacular sirloins, fillets & rib-eyes, mouthwatering mince & stew, and some immense briskets and beef shin available at the moment. The rest will follow on shortly.

I have also kept one machine temporarily frozen with the last packs of Sausages and pork burgers too to keep the sausage lovers happy 😂

The Welshcakes smashed a record and sold out in 2 days over the weekend but the baker has come up trumps once again and another fresh batch is making its way into the shop this morning 🥳

As usual, fresh free range eggs, local honey, & delicious apple juice available with another batch of cookies coming in shortly.

💥2 machines fully restocked today! 💪

A brief post as I’m still busy packing the rest of the pork but … plenty of delicious burgers, sausages, sausage meat packs and BBQ size family sausage bags in the shop today!

Plus last of the welshcakes (again), fresh Eggs, Welsh Honey, delicious cookies and refreshingly cool local apple juice.

🚨Ah man‼️🫣 Another epic week of visitors and I have completely sold out of meat once again, as of this evening… 🫪🫪

Huge apologies if you were planning to visit tomorrow or Saturday but the machines will unfortunately be empty 😭

💥However…. !
Another batch of beautiful fresh Welsh pork, delicious sausages and burgers will be back in the shop again on SUNDAY (and all next week) after another mammoth packing session 🥴

💸 The shop is still open for cash/BACS sales - Apple juice, amazing Welsh cakes, cookies, Eggs and Honey, but again NO MEAT AVAILABLE TEMPORARILY!

Best plan that delicious BBQ next weekend unless you were totally savvy and stocked up 💁‍♀️👏👏👏

Totally cleared out of all the meat I had left today so… I’ve turned off the very hot machines until SUNDAY, when I hope the weather is cooler and I’m still alive after A LOT of packing 🐑🥩🍔🐖🥩🍔🥓🤯

Oh my days… you have actually cleared me out…🤦‍♀️ Even my freezers are now empty and I usually carry over 2 weeks worth of freshly frozen stock! 😱

It has been incredibly busy over recent months and I have tried to keep up with demand but it’s finally caught up with me… so for this next week there will be limited meat available in the shop - mostly joints, last of the mince and whatever other bits I can find! 🥴

I am taking pigs and Lambs in tomorrow so I’ll be fully restocked next Sunday/Monday onwards I hope 🙏 - apologies if your visiting but this is an exceptional time, I literally can’t keep up with sales at the moment.

I’ll still have all our usual cash items for sale this week, including fresh FR Eggs, delicious Welshcakes (can’t keep hold of these either!) and Cookies, Local Apple Juice and Honey so still worth popping in but, I do apologise if the meat offering looks a little limited and unvaried 😂

All I can say is please bear with, we have some absolutely stunning stock incoming shortly … 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🐑🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🐖
