Red Rose Dairy Discussion Group An established, free to attend forum, focused on knowledge sharing between Lancashire farmers, local industry leaders and national specialists.

Originally established by Oakhill Farm Vets and developed in collaboration with dedicated sponsors - AHDB, Carrs Billington, Lely and Massey Feeds - the group has grown into a thriving community for those passionate about the future of UK dairy farming. Founded by Oakhill Farm Vets, our aim is to improve animal health and productivity.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us last week at Pembertonโ€™s Farm. A great evening all round!

Kindly hosted by Tom Pemberton and family, we were treated to a farm tour showing the investments and future plans for the farm. A passionate farmer who is leading the way in showcasing British Dairy!

Followed by a colostrum workshop with vets Charlie & Sophia from Oakhill Farm Vets aiming to show where improvements can be made with all important first feed of calves.

The evening was nicely finished off with a hog roast, usual Red Rose hospitality and plenty of socialising ๐Ÿบ
