I make a range of different flavored curds including, Lemon Cheese and Lemon and Lime. It is thanks to one lady who inspired me to make it, and that is my Nana, Catherine. Every time I went to her house, she always had some curd for me to try. I was delighted one day when she asked if I wanted to make some with her, and I haven't stopped making it ever since. Thank you, Nana.
