So big Bruce and the other lads got some competition today. Meet Clifford the new fella in our Rhode Island Red pen. Hopefully some nice chicks off this lad and his girls next season.

We now have

A full breeding set of French copper black maran’s

A breeding trio of blue partridge brahma’s

A pen full of the Rhode Island reds

A breeding group of Ayam Cemani’s

A handful of white leghorns

And chicks coming through.

It has been a busy year building these up but hopefully everything is now in place to push on and get some lovely hens out for sale next year

So today head honcho at greenways poultry, Finn entered his first show at great Eccleston with two of his homegrown chicks. A gold laced polish and a blue brahma. He won first prize for both of these pullet’s and also won best novice award also a second place for eggs. To say we are over the moon is an understatement but it is testament to all the hard work he puts in

A Bantam n’ Brahma package! 🐔

On Friday, Greenways had 8 new chickens dropped off, 5 more of which are polish and the others are Brahmas.

Each bird is bred from high quality lines
and are all amazing additions to our flock.

Hopefully in the future we can supply you all with birds from these lines
