Not the best weather ☔️ but we’re going to open up on Saturday to test out some new draft beers and roasting times on a whole pig.

CHAFF - 4.7% Session IPA
A New England inspired session IPA that brings bags of tropical & citrus fruits on the palette with a floral aroma. A low bitterness makes this a super smooth approachable drop.
Pairs well with beach balls & the smell of sun cream.

Splish Splash - Session IPA 4.5%
Brewed with a little help from our friends at the North West Beer Appreciation Society we brewed this session IPA packed to the gills with Citra, Mosaic, Sabro & Motueka hops for a citrus, tropical & floral profile with a low bitterness to let the fruit shine through.
Pairs well with bubble baths.

Mango'd - 4.6% Mango Wheat Beer
The Hefe Weitzen yeast is the outrageously flamboyant aunt in the yeast family. We wrangle extra isoamyl acetate esters from fermenting warm to achieve big bold bananery brilliance which we complement with real mango puree to finish off this tropical treat. Pairs well with knock off sunglasses.

We will be testing out the new Asado Style BBQ Grill and roasting a whole hog spatchcock pig 🐷
