Saturday was a record-breaking day here at Bryan’s Salads 🥬🚜

Our teams harvested an incredible 21,000kg of fresh spinach on Saturday alone — all of which was washed, packed, and dispatched before Monday morning.

Across the factory, we also packed and sold over 300,000 bags and bowls in a single day. To put that into perspective, that equates to around 25 articulated lorry loads heading out to our customers across the country.

A huge effort from everyone involved on both the farm and factory sides of the business. From harvesting in the field to processing, packing, logistics, and dispatch, it takes a full team effort to achieve results like this.

Proud of what the Bryan’s Salads team achieved on Saturday and continue to achieve everyday 🌱

Our first day harvesting baby spinach is underway at Bryan’s Salads 🌱🚜

After weeks of growing, watching the weather, and keeping on top of the crop, it’s a cracking feeling to finally get the harvester rolling and see this year’s baby spinach coming off the field.

From field to factory, straight through processing, and out to our customers as fresh as it gets.

🚜 New Additions to the Fleet! 🚜

We’re excited to share that we’ve recently collected three new tractors for the farm! A great investment that will help us continue to improve efficiency and keep up with the demands of the season ahead.

As we move into another busy period, having reliable and modern machinery is key to keeping everything running smoothly, from drilling and harvesting to keeping our crops in top condition.

A big step forward for the business, and we’re looking forward to putting them straight to work! 💪🌱

A great sight on the farm this week 🌱

The first spinach we drilled a few weeks ago is now up and growing well. It’s always rewarding to see those first green rows coming through after the early work of preparing the land and getting the seed in the ground.

This marks another step into the new season for us here at Bryan’s, and we’re looking forward to watching these crops develop over the coming weeks before they head to our factory to be washed, packed and ready to be enjoyed by yourselves.
