The nichols family were originally farmer/graziers and owned six farms in the northwood harefield richmansworth circle. they provided the first door to door milk delivery service in the area in 17.26 providing small churns for householders who could then take

ladelled milk from a large churn and from a hand cart. they consistently won gold awards for their excellent quality milk. david nichols takes personal resposibilty on a day to day basis in the running of Artisan Gourmet meats. He is a rare breed in this modern day where by he started work with his father and grandfather in the butchers shop in pinner green, middlesex in 1949 at the age of 3. He has covered every aspect of the meat industy from the farmers gate to the housewifes plate. he has never asked one employee to carry out a task that he hasnt done himself. his experience is unique of ehich he is extremely proud.
