Bignor Sunflower Maze & Pumpkin Patch

🌻 **IMPORTANT UPDATE – SUNFLOWER MAZE CLOSED** 🌻

Following yesterday’s weather, our sunflower maze has unfortunately been flattened and the conditions now pose a health and safety risk to visitors.

We have carefully considered whether we could remain open just for sunflower picking, but sadly the field is not safe for this either. Therefore, we’ve had to make the difficult decision to close the sunflower maze to the public from today onwards.

This isn’t a decision we’ve taken lightly, but the safety of our visitors and team has to come first. 💛

A huge thank you to everyone who has visited, supported us, shared our posts and enjoyed the sunflowers with us this season. It’s been absolutely lovely welcoming so many of you, and we’re so grateful for all your support. 🌻

We’re already looking ahead to next year… and hopefully with a little less dramatic weather! 🌦️😂

🌻WEATHER UPDATE 🌦️
We are keeping a close eye on today's weather. The Tearoom will remain open, and we will continue to welcome visitors wherever it is safe to do so. In the event of heavy rain, thunderstorms or unsafe ground conditions, access to the sunflower maze may need to be temporarily restricted or closed for everyone's safety. Please check our page before travelling for the latest updates, and remember to wear suitable footwear! ☔⚡

If you’ve mistakenly gone home with a pair of secateurs from the sunflowers we’d be very grateful if you could pop them back to us please and for your trouble you can pick 5 stems on us, just don’t forget to give us the secateurs back! Many thanks 🌻💛

🎃 Whilst we’ve got your attention…🎃

It’s probably a good time to let you know that we also have a pumpkin patch growing nicely in another field on the farm! 🌱🎃

Our patch will be open on weekends throughout October and every day during half term, so there’ll be plenty of time to come and choose your favourites.

✨ No entry fee — simply come along and pick your pumpkins from our selection, all 100% homegrown right here on the farm in Bignor.
