This week we have made the delicious Merguez sausages!🤩.

They are mixture of beef and lamb and have a stunning aromatic spiced flavour with a bit of a kick! 👌

One year on and one more handshake later!

We would like to say a massive thankyou to you all today for your tremendous support over the last year and for coming and celebrating our one year anniversary with us🎂
The sun shined on us and a great day was had by all! 😁
We had excellent sparkling wine very kindly served by Wendy herself from Ambriel Sparkling🍾, and an array of our delicious bbq selection cooked by our very own Alan.🎈

We have a stunning display of roasting joints ready for the weekend😍
We are also featuring beautiful flowers from the lovely karina at The Blooming Truck!
She will be here every friday from now on, parked just down from the butchers on the corner of Haglands lane😁.
