Happy St David’s Day from all of us at South Caernarfon Creameries! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🌼

It’s been a busy (and brilliant) few weeks celebrating everything that makes Welsh food so special. We’ve been out in store sampling Dragon, chatting to shoppers and sharing a real taste of Wales. We’ve also been visiting retail head offices, flying the flag for our farmer-owned co-operative and the quality of Welsh dairy.

One real highlight was spending an afternoon in Westminster celebrating Welsh produce alongside fellow businesses from across the country. It was fantastic to hear from Anna McMorrin and Ben Lake, and to see so many MPs, Members of the House of Lords and parliamentary staff stop by to taste, chat and learn more about our produce and the farming families behind it.

It felt incredibly special to see so much home-grown Welsh food showcased in London — and to have meaningful conversations about the role our farmers and food producers play in communities across Wales.

Mae wedi bod yn wythnos prysur yn dathlu popeth sy'n gwneud bwyd Cymru mor arbennig. Rydym wedi bod allan yn y siop yn blasu Dragon, yn sgwrsio â siopwyr ac yn rhannu blas go iawn o Gymru. Rydym hefyd wedi bod yn ymweld â phencadlysoedd manwerthu, yn chwifio baner ein cwmni cydweithredol sy'n eiddo i ffermwyr ac ansawdd llaeth Cymru.

Un uchafbwynt go iawn oedd treulio prynhawn yn San Steffan yn dathlu cynnyrch Cymru ochr yn ochr â busnesau eraill o bob cwr o'r wlad. Roedd yn wych clywed gan Anna McMorrin a Ben Lake, ac i weld cymaint o ASau, Aelodau Tŷ'r Arglwyddi a staff seneddol yn galw heibio i flasu, sgwrsio a dysgu mwy am ein cynnyrch a'r teuluoedd ffermio y tu ôl iddo.

Roedd yn teimlo'n arbennig iawn gweld cymaint o fwyd cartref o Gymru yn cael ei arddangos yn Llundain - ac i gael sgyrsiau ystyrlon am y rôl y mae ein ffermwyr a'n cynhyrchwyr bwyd yn ei chwarae mewn cymunedau ledled Cymru.

Dydd Gŵyl Dewi Hapus! Dyma i falchder Cymru, cynnyrch Cymru a'r bobl sy'n gwneud y cyfan yn bosibl. 🧀💛
