Pullet eggs available

“Pullet eggs are the first eggs laid by young hens, typically smaller than standard eggs but with large, rich yolks and thick whites. They are often considered a delicacy by chefs and foodies because of their intense flavor and quality”

They are just under a medium weighted egg but at less than half the price
£2.50 per tray of 30 eggs.
