You guessed it… and yes, there were a lot of lemons hiding in plain sight! 😂🍋

But what exactly is a Lemon Bar?

A much-loved American dessert made with a buttery shortbread base, topped with a rich, silky lemon curd filling. Think sweet, buttery pastry meets intensely zesty lemon; the perfect balance of indulgent and refreshing. 💛

And now, i’ve turned that classic American treat into Cherry Moo ice cream. 🍦

This Lemon Bar ice cream combines the signature base, studded with rich lemon curd and pieces of buttery shortbread throughout.
