Bar Shift Support Operative – Radcliffe Market
We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and motivated Bar Shift Support Person to join our fantastic team at Radcliffe Market.
The ideal candidate will be friendly, hardworking and passionate about hospitality, with the ability to work well as part of a team in a busy environment.
What we’re looking for:
• Previous experience working behind a bar or in hospitality.
• The ability to work well under pressure, particularly during busy weekend shifts.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to help wherever needed.
• A personal alcohol licence would be beneficial but is not essential.
About the role
Working hours available from Thursday evenings through to Sunday. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in providing excellent service to our guests. As a community benefit society, we work closely with local traders and residents to create a welcoming environment for everyone.
Working alongside our friendly team, your duties will include supporting bar operations, preparing the bar for service, serving customers, keeping the bar clean and organised, and helping with pot washing when required.
You’ll need to be flexible, approachable and happy to support other team members to ensure the smooth running of each shift.
