Thai Larb Salad 🥢

Summer is here (for now) and since our Thai basil and mint plants are blossoming, this was the perfect dish to counter a busy few days of cooking!

Spiced Chicken Rice Vermicelli Soup 🍜

Ingredients like star anise, cinnamon and coriander have warming properties and are all also amazing antioxidants. Perfect for this perpetual rainy gale-y (English) season.

A whole chicken was steam-poached ( ?!) with ginger, spices, spring onions, peppercorns and white onions until just cooked. The stock becomes the soup base so it’s a meal in one and oh so yum 😋🍜

Wan’-a ton of boats?

These little boats (or possibly gold nuggets??) are filled with all the flavours of a Cantonese favourite - Chicken in Black Bean Sauce. If you close your eyes to eat them, you probably couldn’t tell the difference.
