We’re officially closed for the autumn and winter season, but we’re already looking forward to welcoming you all back in the spring!

A huge thank you to all of our amazing new and returning customers. It’s been such a pleasure taking you on vineyard tours, sharing tastings of our wines, and enjoying some brilliant open days filled with great food, live music and even better company ❤️

Although the vineyard is taking a little winter break, you’ll still find us out and about at events throughout the autumn and winter, so keep an eye out for where we’ll be popping up!

And if you’re missing your favourite wines, don’t worry… our online shop is open 24/7! 🍾

Thank you again for an incredible season. We can’t wait to do it all again in the spring!

First harvest of the season, and the earliest we’ve ever had! Solaris is early ripening and it’ll be another few weeks before everything else is ready.

Unfortunately we got hit so badly by late frosts in the spring we’ve got 75% less than last year, worse than we’d hope for but we’re thankful for a hot summer to make sure what did grow got to a good ripeness!

Thanks to our great team of harvest volunteers, it was such a fun day 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🥂

We’ve never had to do this before, and we’re really sad that it’s happening for our final event of the season, but with heavy rain forecast this afternoon, we’ve decided to make a few changes to today.

We’ll still be open as usual from 12-6pm, but unfortunately there won’t be a food pop-up or live music today.

A huge thank you to everyone who came along yesterday. Despite the rain, we had a brilliant afternoon of wine, cheese and live music, and thankfully the sunshine eventually made an appearance!

With today’s weather looking considerably less inviting and lower visitor numbers expected, it just isn’t viable for the food truck to return today.

That said, if you were planning to visit, please still come along! We’ve got a big marquee to keep you dry, plenty of award-winning Welsh wine to enjoy, and you’re very welcome to bring your own picnic.

It might be a little soggier than planned, but we’d love to see you for our final opening of the season.

🚨 CHANGE OF PLAN SUNDAY: no food pop up or music anymore due to heavy rain, but we’ll be open still 12-6 🚨

Of course it’s raining for our final open weekend, but that won’t stop us!

We have a big marquee and few extra gazebos to keep you dry!

The Cheese Connection - Food Truck and Mobile Cheesemonger will be serving their epic cheese platters, Ben, Dai and some other guy will be performing from 2pm and we’ll be plying you with excellent Welsh wine, local beers and soft drinks!

And guess what…our limited release of our 2025 Pinot Noir will be released today!!

Bank holiday in August is traditionally a wet one, so come along with your waterproofs, and we’ll make sure you have a cracking weekend!

No ticket required, family friendly and well-behaved dogs on leads welcome!

Our final tours of the season are this weekend!

Saturday is almost fully booked

It’s International Pinot Noir Day! 🍇

One of the world’s most beautifully versatile grape varieties, Pinot Noir has incredible potential for producing everything from elegant reds to refined sparkling wines.

Our 2025 Pinot Noir Red, Y Gwyllgi, will be launching soon with an initial limited release of just 300 bottles. Named after the mythical Welsh beast said to have blazing red eyes, it’s a wine we’re particularly excited to share with you.

Pre-orders are now open, so get your order in to be among the first to enjoy a bottle of this very limited release.

And that’s not all. Our Blanc de Noirs, made from 100% Pinot Noir, is currently maturing on its lees and will be released next year. We can’t wait to see how it develops.

The vineyard is open both days this weekend from 12-6pm. Drop in for a glass in the sunshine, bring a picnic, or book onto a tour and tasting which starts at 3pm.

It’s the perfect time to see the vineyard, as the grapes go through veraison in the run up to harvest.

You can also find us at Monmouthshire Show on Sunday 16th. We’ll have tasters, wines by the glass and bottles to take home.
