e of eight beers, along with many limited edition brews. Brewing started back in November 2010, quickly followed by us collecting the 'overall winner' award with our 'Copper Plate' session bitter, at the Bury Beer Festival just one month later. As well as a friendly local we're also a popular stop off for beer lovers following the East Lancashire Railway 'Rail Ale Trail'. We host great live music nights each Wednesday and Thursday, featuring a variety of local artists. You're also welcome to have a tour of the brewery; please get in touch if you'd like to come along or if you'd like to organise a group visit.

We’re excited for this one - next Thursday 25th June we’re joined by newcomer LUKE APPLETON, live from 8pm

And Sunday 28th is our MUSIC QUIZ with your brilliant quiz host, Neil!

This will be the last quiz on the last Sunday of the month, we’re skipping July for BEERS & BEYOND FEST and then from August we’ll be moving to the first Sunday of the month!

Looking after you on the bar this afternoon is Emma & Scarlett - yasss, she’s back for summer, come say hi 👋🏻 🥳

Homemade pies, homemade sausage rolls and a selection of Carrs pasties available

Our beer with no name has been an extremely popular addition to the bar and it’s obviously not disappearing just yet BUT this is your last day to suggest a name for it! 🍻

Our current guest ale is ‘In the summertime’ from Wensleydale brewery and we have some delicious craft ciders on that are perfect for this sunshine ☀️

And last but not least, it’s SPOTIFY SUNDAY from 6pm 🎶

Last night we were joined by the incredibly talented Matt from Secret Lemonade Factory and as well as an eclectic set list, he also brought with him a special guest for the second set, brilliant saxophonist, Joe and it’s safe to say we all had an absolute blast!
