Incorporated as a unique, niche speciality food shop, to complement their successful restaurant, the Deli was opened in 2015 by Gary and Carol Charsley. Designed to supply customers with different options in cheeses, meats and everything else to add to meal time ideas, the Deli is an island destination shop. Exotic and unusual cheeses are imported from across Europe and the British Isles. The Charcuterie provides customers with wonderful choices of hams, salamis, chorizos, pates and much more, also imported from European and British producing regions. The dry goods, including daily fresh breads, are designed to enhance the cheeses and meats, to add flavour and balance to menu choices. Gary and Carol also make luxury sandwiches using local bread and filled with their meats and cheese, and provide a homemade vegetarian quiche too. This shop is one that the Charsleys are justifiably proud of.
