I love baking and experimenting with new ideas in the kitchen, both in design and in using alternative ingredients to make those tasty treats a little better for us or more accessible to those
with food sensitivities. Although we do use all ingredients in our kitchen we have a variety of recipes where sugar, dairy and eggs are not added and some using wholemeal flour so feel free to ask for more information on those. While I love to experiment I love the classic recipes just as much, especially using family recipes like the ones for our Manx Bonnags & Bunloaves which go back at least four generations. I first set up the page way back in 2013 to share my creations but it seems no time at all. Until now I've just been making them for friends and family to enjoy but they always seem to have been very popular! So now with a bit of encouragement I've decided to offer my cakes to a wider audience.
