An Art Deco Triple Chocolate 💫 cake is a luxurious 🎊, decadent dessert featuring rich dark chocolate, geometric designs, and metallic 💛 gold accents 💛, reflecting 1920s glamour💫.

We used high-quality cocoa, buttermilk and a coffee for a moist texture, with a glossy chocolate glaze finish. The colour palettes were black 🖌and gold 🌟, white 🎨 and gold with plenty of lustre dust, pearl drops, and edible gold glitter (my personal favourite 🤭😆💫 )!!!

Great Event by Happy Mondays (run by Remixd CIC and Sonders Arts CIC) and Arts in Ramsgate at Ramsgate High Street celebrating much loved Model Village attraction.

Absolutely packed Event, great music vibes by Dj Luke and✨️ all the food supplied by us, The Queen of Ramsgate team🥂.

We served canapés🥂, some lite bites like Feta and Squash Frittata, Mushroom 🍄and lentil veggie rolls but also Mini Easter 🐥 egg Blondies and Rhubarb Mini Victoria 🍓 sponge 💫, which were a great success 🙌.

Thank you for having us 💫🥂💫, it was one of the most fun Event we have done in a long time🌈❤️....

This decadent dessert is a cross between a Victoria sponge and Strawberries and cream cake ❤️.

The cake consists of two layers of soft light sponge, topped with homemade strawberry 🍓 chia seeds jam, sandwiched together with a generous 🍰 amount of whipped cream💫.

This cake is made with Bob's Red Mill high-quality gluten-free flours, suitable for celiacs, designed to substitute wheat flour in cakes and breads. It includes Xanthan gum, which helps with structure and binding💖.

This is pure alchemy, a perfect cake for any Birthday celebrations 🥂, Mother's Day, and many 🥰other special moments 💖.

One thing is for sure, this cake is a strawberry lover’s dream 🍓💫💖!!!

The Queen of Ramsgate and team were very grateful to be given the opportunity to cater for the brilliant 🥂 end of year celebration 🎊 for the " Creative Catalyst " young talents 💓 at the Ramsgate Space venue ✨️.

As we are approaching the festive season, the guests were served homemade Mince pies 🥧, QoR signature artisan breads 🥖 & charcuterie, light bites 🫒, vegan and gluten ✨️ free platters, Raw 🌴cacao 💫 energy balls, Xmas Tiffin 🍫 and many other delicious dishes from our Xmas Event 🥂 menu🎄🤶👩‍🍳.

Such a fantastic group of young talented 🤟 people, led by lovely Elinor 💓 and Jess 👯‍♀️....we thoroughly enjoyed working with you all and meating all the local businesses that support you🎊✨️🥳☃️🎄.

My "Happy Sunday" bake ✨️

"Apple 🍎, Rhubarb and Ginger 🫚 Meringue 🍦 Cake 🎂"

Fruit and eggs are all locally sourced and organic, fruits from Ramsgate allotments, eggs and milk from the local farm in Ashford ( strictly no BOVAER poison 🙏🏽🤪 )!!!

It probably doesn’t need saying, but I think you just have to serve this with custard🙈🤟.

However, I often reach instead for some handmade Rhubarb syrup👌 and the vanila ice cream 😀🍨

Mr Nigel got everyone's favourite Ferrero Rocher cake.💫✨️

Last nite I did Confetti cake for the best barmen in town 🤟💫💥- our dear friend Matthew.❤️..500 grams of rainbow 🌈🏳️‍🌈sprinkles were in the cake✨️🤣🎊....

Was a great cake to make, a new recipe, and a new cake on my Birthday 🎂 cake list. ✨️🥂
