🚨 LAST-MINUTE AVAILABILITY – THIS SATURDAY 5TH SEPTEMBER! 🚨

Due to a last-minute cancellation completely outside of our control, Bilbo’s Travelling Tavern now has unexpected availability tomorrow, Saturday 5th September! 🍻🐴

We’re a fully equipped vintage horsebox mobile bar based in Berkshire and we’re completely prepped, stocked and ready to go — so if any event organisers have had a last-minute bar cancellation or still have space for a drinks vendor, we’d love to hear from you!

We can serve draught l***r & c***r, wines, spirits & mixers, cocktails, soft drinks and more, and we hold all the relevant licences and insurance.

Happy to consider fairs, festivals, markets, shows, community events, private events or anything else suitable, within a reasonable travelling distance of Berkshire.

Please drop me a message if you have anything available — happy to step in at very short notice! 🍻

We’ll be serving up a proper pub on the move, with:

🍻✨ FIRST EVENT = DONE! ✨🍻

And what an amazing first outing for Bilbo’s Travelling Tavern! ❤️

The b**rs were flying out all afternoon, the sun was shining ☀️ and, most importantly, everything actually went according to plan! 😂🙌

After all the weeks of building, painting, planning, buying equipment and getting everything ready, seeing the Tavern finally set up and serving its first customers was a pretty special moment! 🥹🍺

Of course, Bilbo himself came along to supervise proceedings 🐾 and make sure his namesake tavern was being run to the appropriate standard 😂

A HUGE thank you to everyone who helped me get ready, helped on the day, came along to support me, bought a drink or simply stopped by to say hello. I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better first event. You guys are the best! ❤️

One down… and hopefully many, many more to come! 🍻🐾

Awesome progress this week at Bilbo’s Travelling Tavern! 🍻

The draught system is now installed and we’ve officially poured our very first pints! Dad and I had the very difficult job of quality testing them… and I’m pleased to report they passed with flying colours! 🍺👌

A huge thank you to Dad for all the time, hard work and support you’ve put into helping bring this dream to life. That pint was definitely well deserved!

We’ve already secured our first few bookings before officially launching, which is incredibly exciting. I can’t wait to see where this new adventure takes us, with my little sidekick Bilbo by my side every step of the way. 🐾
