True Food Co-op offers a complete range of organic general groceries, including zero-waste wholefoods, local fresh fruit and vegetables, fresh local organic bread and environmentally friendly toiletries and household products. We are owned and run by the local community as a co-operative, but
you don't need to be a member to shop with us. Drop in to see what we have or check our website for up to

date product and stock information. Bring your empty containers as we offer a wide range of plastic free foods and household/personal refill products. We are on the number 23 and 24 bus route in Reading and you can lock your bike at the front of the store.

Behind the scenes volunteers; attend meetings, support events, maintain the website and shop, write features and updates for the website, carry out admin tasks and wash aprons! All essential to the smooth running of True Food. 🙏
