The Day will start at 10.00 a.m.

at a local Chinese supermarket where Hannah will guide you through shopping for Chinese ingredients, discuss the menu and buy the final items for the day’s cooking. Back in the kitchen you will be involved in a hands-on basis (Aprons will be provided!) in preparing and cooking a range of six dishes (see samples below), with Hannah demonstrating all aspects and explaining the principles and varieti

es of Chinese cuisine. There will be no formal, sit down, 6-course lunch. We will eat each dish as and when it is prepared thus experiencing each dish at its freshest and not overloading the digestion! The day will conclude about 3.00-3.30 and you will take away a pack containing lists of ingredients and full recipes.
