Chef Battle winners Maddie & Dom joined 12 fellow industry guests at CLARIDGE’S for the ‘Off Duty Chef Experience’, starting with an exclusive tour through the hotel’s back-of-house before settling in for an incredible seven-course tasting menu and expertly paired wines. 🍷

Seven incredible courses. Expertly paired wines. Beautifully crafted canapés. ✨ and the chance to hear from the talented chefs behind each dish. Ahhh….this is what hospitality is all about!
