NEW HEAD CHEF👨‍🍳 MEET MARC

Meet Marc, our Head Chef! 👋 He’s been part of the cafe team for just over a month, but he’s already been busy creating some of your new favourites! 🍔🔥

With 14 years of experience in kitchens and a background working in various restaurants, Marc knows his way around the kitchen!👨‍🍳

His go-to? A classic spaghetti bolognese🍝 but he also loves getting creative and coming up with new specials for you to try. From our Halloumi Burger to our Halloumi Sticks, he’s already been keeping the kitchen busy! 🧀🤤

And he’s not stopping there… Marc is currently working on even more new specials coming to the cafe VERY soon!

When he’s not cooking up something delicious, you’ll probably find him listening to 80s & 90s classics, especially Tina Turner🎶
