hy stuff. I still love to eat total rubbish and crave it a lot but there are many things you can eat in place of rubbish food which i will tell you about. Its ok to eat rubbish as long as you get back to the good stuff asap. As well as weight loss my symptoms of PCOS have pretty much vanished. Still get a few but the majotrity have gone.
