Barn Close Farm Livery are currently looking for hard working staff to join our team. Normal duties include, bringing in/ out horses, mucking out and general yard cleaning. Must be aware of the job and what it entails, reliable, flexible, able to get here to do the job and want to do this line of work. We are a full, busy yard, pay good rates, according to experience and expect a good level of trust as you are left to get on with the job. We can cater for a few days a week or more if you require. From our working dogs here on the farm, Chaos, the Yorkshire terrior, Tyra the Staffordshire bull terrior and the trainee this year, Ghita the dauschund. Three totally different breeds working together, no aggression, no fights, great.
Moving the sheep onto new pasture and onto more grass. Cows onto a new paddock for more grass as they're moaning a bit. All round its being a productive day though starting to feel more like Autumn is coming.
