JUST AWESOME! SOMETHING ELSE BREAKS!!

I NEED A PLUMBER URGENTLY. I HAVE WATER P@£&ING OUT OF A PIPE FROM THE OLD KNACKERED CENTRAL HEATING. IY WONT STOP AND I WAS NEVER TOLD WHERE THE STOP C**K IS (go figure!). I NOW HAVE A SERIOUS FLOOD BEGINNING AGAIN IN RHE BEDROOM OVER THE POOL TABLE WHERE IT CAME THROUGH THE LAST TIME. OF ANYONE CAN HELP PLEASE MESSAGE OR CALL ME.

TNT party tonight is unfortunately had to be cancelled with immediate effect.

I am so sorry to everyone for this, I know how much work Malc and the DJ's put into these nights for you guys and us, and it is our busiest night of the month!

If there was anything I could do to change it I would, but with the threat of a fine &/or jail, I will not risk my alcohol license.

Again please feel free to contact either the brewery with your opinion or complaint, or message myself and I will try and help as best I can

Hey guys!

It is with great sadness that I have to announce that we have to close for the foreseeable future. Our trade has been horrendous since Covid lockdown. Barely no trade means barely no income, barely no income means no beer, no beer means no customers.

This is partly down to those horrendous people who think it's OK to run up a bar tab and then refuse to pay! (I will be naming these people and how much they owe in due course) because of this and having no trade to speak of, I have not been able to fund new stock OR fix the big issues at the pub as they cost money which I'm afraid I just don't have.

Because of this I have also not been able to fix a piece of equipment that is a fundamental part of our day to day running of the pub, something which is so important that it is also part of our premises license regulations. We have managed to put something in place as a temporary measure but this is not enough.

It is because of this reason that OMC (the owners of the stable of tenanted pubs) have seen fit to relinquish the premises license back to the licensing dept of Cornwall County Council. This means that even though we have spent tens of thousands of pounds of my own money to renovate the pub, got the pub taken off D&C Police drugs watch list by cleaning up the pub and absolutely minimise drug use and sale to practically non existent, and finally trade with zero fighting at the premises so that it is now a welcoming, clean and comfortable place to bring families, and have amazing nights listening to live music or watching the footy on Sky or join in with the weekly quiz... that is not acceptable to the owners and we have been forced to close. If anyone wishes to view this correspondence or wishes to make their feelings known, please do not hesitate to comment or message us either on the page or me personally, I will be more than happy to go over the situation as it stands. Moreover, if you wish to contact the brewery for further information, or the owners of the pub, please feel free to do so also.

Any feedback is greatly appreciated and I would like to say a HUGE thank you to our amazing die-hard, loyal and supportive customers for trying to help me keep this place open. You all know who you are so I am sorry that I have let you down and disappointed you. Hopefully the license will be re-granted (as it wasn't revoked, it was relinquished), things will change and the pub turns around and we can all have a party to celebrate!!

Due to a catastrophic event with the Carlsberg QDS, we will not be open this weekend. We are desperately hoping that it will be fixed over the weekend, or Monday at the latest.
