🍎 It’s apple pressing day here at Cuckoo Valley! Today we’re pressing Yarlington Mill, Michelin, Black Dabinett and Kingston Black.
After the dry summer, our apple yield is around 50% lower than last year. That makes every apple we harvest feel even more precious.
As you can see, there’s plenty of hard work behind every bottle! We do everything here at the orchard ourselves—from planting and pruning to picking, pressing, fermenting and bottling.
We take pride in making our c***r from 100% fresh apple juice, with care at every stage. From our trees to your glass. 🍎🍻
