🎉 Celebrating 5 Years of Adam at Monte Forte 🎉
Today we’re celebrating an incredible milestone as Adam marks 5 years with Monte Forte.
When Adam joined us in 2021, we had just one restaurant in Reigate, a smaller team, and big ambitions for the future. Five years later, we’ve grown to four sites and a team of nearly 90 people.
Starting as an Assistant Manager in Reigate and progressing to Area Manager, Adam has played a huge part in that journey. Today, he helps lead our people, supports our management teams, and ensures our customers are looked after across the business.
Through new openings, challenges, growth, and everything in between, Adam has been a constant source of leadership, commitment and support. His impact on Monte Forte has been immense, and we’re incredibly grateful to have him as part of the family.
In true Monte Forte fashion, Adam’s impact extends beyond his own role. Over the years, he has also brought his wife Rebecca, his dad Steve, and his father-in-law into the business, helping to strengthen the family culture that sits at the heart of everything we do.
