Mushrooms used - Hydnum repandum - Hedgehog Mushrooms aka sweet tooth.
& Craterellus tubaeformis - Winter Chanterelles
From yesterday's forage.

First time trying wagyu from this butcher and it was fabulous 👌

It's not very often we cook with meat anymore but this was a naughty exception!

Hedgehog mushroom/sweet tooth - Hydnum repandum

Yesterday was a wonderful day, Rosie, Sam and I went on the hunt for some winter chanterelles as it's been a minute since we have had a forage and the timing was perfect as the mushrooms are out!

I also have my first MRI scan this Sunday since I had my GK treatment fingers crossed 🤞

Now what to make with these beauties today 🤔
