Bringing fiery Patatas Bravas to a lovely country festival-style wedding menu last weekend. Crispy potato chunks drizzled with our homemade bravas sauce, developed from a traditional Madrid-style recipe and using our signature paella paprika mix - it went down a treat and now staying firmly on the menu 😊🔥🌶️

Ready to serve visitors on Day 2 of the New Forest Food Festival. It’s been a joy to be able to be catering outdoors at an event that has been so thoroughly risk-assessed and managed for fire risk. Hats off to the organisers for keeping us all safe and allowing everybody to enjoy themselves as planned.
