New for Christmas 2025 - Sticky Date & Prune Chutney

Plump dates and glossy prunes are gently simmered with muscovado sugar, a generous helping of maple syrup, and a warming blend of cinnamon, ginger, and chilli, until they form a rich, dark, and temptingly sticky preserve, with a powerful finish. Each thick spoonful carries the deep sweetness of exotic fruits, balanced by the gentle warmth of spice, offering a satisfying depth and richness.

A distinguished accompaniment to aged cheddar, piquant blue cheeses, or fine charcuterie.

New for Christmas 2025- Limited Edition Whisky Caramel sauce

A rich, buttery caramel gently folded with double cream and finished with a generous measure of Filey Bay Flagship Single Malt Whisky. Created on the edge of the Yorkshire Wolds, this elegant whisky made from 100% homegrown barley and matured in ex-Bourbon casks, brings light, fruity notes of citrus, caramel, honey and vanilla, which lend the sauce its warm, velvety depth.

Lusciously smooth, this indulgent sauce is beautiful spooned over poached figs and ice cream, poured atop a spiced apple tart, or stirred through a classic affogato for an added flourish of rich warmth.

A final farewell to two long-loved favourites.

Our Marmalade Gin Liqueur (Great Taste 2-Star winner) and our delicate Elderflower Gin Liqueur are now discontinued, and the remaining stock from our Black Friday sale won’t last long.

Our large bottles of Marmalade Gin Liqueur are now sold out, but we do still have a very limited number of Marmalade Lovers Gift Sets (5cl liqueur + 113g jar of Seville Orange Marmalade).

We also have a few Elderflower Gin Gift Sets and large bottles of Elderflower Gin Liqueur remaining.
