What a privilege to be invited to NKC Gravesend ♥️

A few months back I was approached by NKC Gravesend after they saw the work CJ Hooks is putting in to growing young talent in the industry - they invited me along to do a demonstration with the new Level 1 students having a taster day ready for September 🙌🏼

I demonstrated how to fillet a beautiful whole Po***ck, a stiff-alive Brixham Lemon Sole and how to get your hands dirty with an Octopus!

They’ve got lots of fantastic ideas planned for next years curriculum and we’re looking forward to being a part of it with them 🙌🏼♥️

Happy Father’s Day to the new Dads, old dads, stepdads, grandads, soon-to-be-dads, wish-they-were-dads and remembering-your-dads ♥️

Enjoying a nice lunch with my son and my in-laws - then a trip to see my dad later on. Thanks for the love on yesterday’s post and thanks for your support over the last 9.5 weeks of trade, been really special ♥️

Absolutely F*% doesn’t even come close 😂

Thanks to the addition of Mrs Sourdough Bakery on the high street we just had the busiest day on record 🔥and of course that extremely high quality, wild, fresh, daily delivered Fish had something to do with it too 😜

A lot of you lucky folks had me up at 4am this morning to do your Lobster, Crab & Seafood platters 🔥 Hope all the daddios enjoy them 👏🏼

We’ll see you all next week for more sun, Seafood and sexy fish 😏
