Meet the Chilli Cheese Garlic Bun. 🥯🔥

We take a soft, fluffy bun, pack it with a vibrant chilli-garlic paste, and load it with an obscene amount of cheese before hitting the grill until it’s perfectly toasted and gooey.

You lot absolutely smashed these at Rochester Farmers Market, they sold out in rapid time! ⏱️💨 We couldn't grill them fast enough!

2 years ago, we turned up at Rochester Farmers Market with nothing but a single table and a few trays of samosas. 🥟✨

Today, looking at our fully stocked stall, it’s hard to believe how far we’ve come. From those first samosas to Chilli Garlic Cassava Chips, grilled sandwiches, hot chai, Dubai Chocolate 🍫, grilled sandwiches, chai, bombay mix, and our new savoury buns and spice mixes — this journey has been a dream.

To everyone who has grabbed a snack, shared a post, or just stopped by for a chat: THANK YOU. ❤️ We couldn't have done it without this incredible community.

See you all at the May Farmers Market to celebrate! 🥳
