A few places left to teach you the beautiful art of mandala dotting. A great beginners workshop to begin with, to teach you some techniques and you produce this lovely peacock effect onto a wooden plaque.

It is being held at the Therapy Life Centre in Southend on Sunday 28th April 1.30pm - 4.30pm £35 fully inclusive.

Lots of free parking, ground floor, refreshments available and homemade cake (vegan milks, decafs also available and gluten free cakes)

Still a few places for this sound bath charity event by Gongs and Roses all proceeds are going towards the Liam Egalton Charity to help him go back to Panama for further stem cell treatment to help his Multiple Sclerosis. Please message for further information.
