CAMEMBERT, SMOKED CHILLI & HABANERO HONEY

Perfect football and tennis grub🔥Low effort, maximum game 🔥

Recipe if you can call it that!
1 Camembert (best you can buy)
2 cloves garlic, sliced
2 tbs Habanero Honey
2 tbs Smoked Szechuan Chilli Oil
If using oven 180c for 15 mins till gooey..if using wood fire oven, watch like a hawk!
Dip with bread, crisps or face!

SOTO - HEALING CHICKEN NOODLES

This week on Ping At Home menu. A chicken noodle soup made with chicken stock, warmth spices of turmeric, cardamom, cinnamon, ginger and roasted onions. Something I eat to comfort, restore and revive.

Topped with succulent poached chicken, spiced potato cakes, crunchy bean sprouts and you got to eat it with black sambal and lime. Explosion of flavours.
