Hello everyone!👋,hope you are all well? . Sorry if I've been quiet on Socials,.I've been busy baking and its been hot ! I hope you have all been able to enjoy the lovely weather 🌞
I often forget to show photos of what I've been baking for people, so I thought I would share some of the process of making a celebration cake with the photos below.
This cake is Lemon drizzle filled with lemon curd and lemon buttercream.

Then the process of covering in final buttercream and decorations.
Customers choice of blue, white and gold ball decorations ( non edible) and a Teddy ( non edible) . This is for a baby shower this weekend.

A busy week ! Lots of Basque cheesecake and Vegan brownies, cupcakes, Sausage rolls with HOMEMADE puff pastry, and a Special 1st birthday cake for Stela .
I do have some 'fresh/frozen' sweet bakes available if anyone needs some cake or brownies this weekend - Message me !

PLEASE READ - ALL my bakes are made without GLUTEN containing ingredients. I ONLY use gluten free flour in my kitchen, so all my bakes, baking tins ,mixing bowls, food processor, Electric mixer and baking equipment does NOT come in to contact with wheat flour.
( I am gluten intolerant myself) .
There are lots of bakers, home bakers, small home based businesses locally (.I support all local independent business)
Some are offering 'gluten free' bakes. 😤
Just be assured that ALL my baking is made in a kitchen that ONLY produces bakes made Without gluten. - ( Rant over ), sorry, im passionate about what I do.
