✨ A Summer Garden Party in a Beautiful Herefordshire Country House ✨

Today we had the pleasure of catering a wonderful summer garden party at one of the most beautiful country houses I’ve ever had the privilege to work in.

Guests gathered on the terrace overlooking the gardens, enjoying champagne, conversation and a selection of homemade canapés while the peacocks wandered the grounds — including the most spectacular white peacock who treated everyone to a full display of his magnificent feathers. 🦚

Inside, the house was full of character with grand fireplaces, wood-panelled rooms, antiques and beautiful architectural details. It felt like stepping into another era.

Our canapé menu featured a selection of homemade savoury bites, from fresh tomato focaccia and creamy tartlets to sticky sausages, all carefully prepared using quality ingredients and finished with edible flowers and those little details that make food feel special.

One of my favourite moments of the day was looking out from the house across the terrace and seeing guests chatting, laughing and enjoying themselves with a glass in hand and a canapé in the other.

These days remind me just how lucky I am to do what I do.
