Saturday blow out‼️‼️ this Saturday 30th

Pop in between 10-2 this Saturday for the bakery’s final bake.

Expect to see sourdoughs, focaccia, pastries and tray bakes.

Note that there will be reduced items on the shelf this week leading up to the Saturday opening. Also not open today until 12 due to final deliveries.

Bakery closure

It is with the deepest sadness that I have to announce that the bakery will be closing down by the end of this month. Due to rising electricity cost and other underlying problems, this terrible decision had to be made.

The bakery has been operating for 4 years now and has withstood 2 years of COVID, fuel increases and inflation. But the final round of increases has pushed the decision to be made.

I’d like to thank everyone who stood by the bakery during tough times. It is a testament to the local community that the bakery has pushed through. Also a thank you to all of the bakery’s wholesale customers who have given stability in loyal and regular orders week in week out. Every business that has ordered from the bakery new and old, obviously facing their own problems I wish you the best of luck with yours hope for ease in the coming months.

Lastly an even more special thank you to friends and family. Who have given me the support behind the scenes. Clearly the largest to Paul and Svenia from The Loughpool, who with out, would not exist. I have to thank you both for not just your investment but your time and effort for pointing me in the right directions and giving me the inspiration in running a business.

The bakery will be open as usual till the end of the month to run down stock. If there is excess by the end of the month we will be opening up for a special Saturday blow out. Keep an eye out for this and in the mean time, pop in and grab you usual treats 😊😊

No bread or pastries ‼️‼️

So sorry for anyone hoping to purchase some bread or pastries today. Unfortunately after a busy weekend the bakery has been run dry on stock. There will be fresh pastries for tomorrow and back again for Tuesday - Friday next week.
