A Little Announcement !

Hi everyone! 👋🏻 We hope you’re all doing well!

Just a little update from us. For the past couple of weeks , we’ve been using platform drivers to deliver your food, and unfortunately, the service has been far from what we expected. 😔

We’re doing everything we can from our side — chasing, complaining and following up with the platforms every day — but unfortunately, some things are out of our hands. 🙏🏻

If possible, please try to avoid Just Eat for the time being, and we kindly ask for your patience and understanding. ❤️

The roadworks around us are also making deliveries even more difficult — no parking, nowhere to stop and sometimes even finding us is a challenge! 🚧😅

We’re truly sorry for any delays or inconvenience caused. ❤️ We are doing our very best to improve things and continue serving you the delicious Greek food you love! 🇬🇷🍽️

We won’t pretend everything is easy right now. The road works outside have made things challenging, but one thing isn’t changing…

We’re still here, serving you with the same passion and delicious Greek food every day! 💙

To help us continue giving you the best service, we’ve made a few temporary changes to our opening hours:

🕓 Sunday – Thursday: 4:00pm – 10:00pm
🕓 Friday – Saturday: 4:00pm – 11:00pm

📲 Order directly through our website: www.rothergreek.co.uk

🍴 Just Eat: Collection only this week due to driver availability.

🛵 Uber Eats: Delivery and collection are both available.

Despite the ongoing roadworks in the town centre, we’re happy to let you know that it’s business as usual here — everything is running smoothly as normal 😊

The only change is limited parking directly nearby. If you’re planning to visit us, we kindly recommend using alternative parking options:

We would like to start with a big apology to a couple of our customers who felt frustrated or unhappy with their orders this evening 🙏

You might think that a Wednesday is usually a quiet day for us, but unfortunately that wasn’t the case tonight 😅 As we continue to grow day by day (thanks to all of your amazing support ❤️), this Wednesday truly felt more like a Friday or Saturday night — extremely busy from start to finish 🚗💨

Tonight, we were working with a limited team: one of our drivers called in sick, we had one experienced chef and another on just his second day in the kitchen, a helper, and one driver. Some of you may have even seen the owner out doing deliveries, as well as the chef stepping out — that’s simply how busy we were 👨‍🍳👨‍🍳

We know this is not an excuse, and we truly value your experience with us 💛

If you were unhappy with your delivery, please send us a message and we will make it right by offering something complimentary on your next order 🎁

If there were any issues with your food, which is of course our biggest concern, we will happily remake your entire order or invite you to enjoy it with us, as our food is always meant to be enjoyed fresh and hot 🔥
