This month’s special sourdough is packed with roasted sweet potato, Leicester cheese and sage. Rich, comforting and perfect for the sort of weather that makes you want to put the kettle on and stay indoors.

We’ve been looking forward to these and they absolutely did not disappoint.

Handmade by the very talented who also built the benches outside the bakery.

One of the things I love most about running a small business is working with other people who genuinely care about their craft.

We spend our days obsessing over bread. Tom spends his creating beautiful pieces like these.

Safe to say you’ll be seeing a lot of these boards in future photos.
