The time has finally come – we're officially off on our holidays! 😎

A huge thank you to everyone who's supported The Jolly Spud. We really do appreciate every single one of you. ❤️

We'll be back, refreshed and ready to get the potatoes baking again on Tuesday 28th! 🥔

⚽🍔 One Last Football Night Before Our Holiday! 🍟🌭

Well... we just couldn't resist! 😄

Before we head off for a well-earned family holiday, The Jolly Spud hatch will be OPEN tomorrow evening for the football!

🕠 Opening: 5:30pm
⏰ Last orders: 7:30pm

We'll be keeping it simple with a limited menu:

🍔 Smash Burgers
🌭 Hot Dogs
🍟 Dirty Fries

We'll be taking last orders at 7:30pm so we can get everything cleaned down before kick-off and enjoy the match too! ⚽

If you're heading to The Jolly Abbot to cheer the lads on, pop over and grab some proper grub before the game.

🥔 HOLIDAY SPUD OFFER! 🥔

As we're heading off on holiday this week, we've still got plenty of lovely potatoes left, and I'd much rather they were enjoyed than went to waste!

So, for our last day... it's 2 jacket potatoes for the price of 1!🥔🥔 🎉

The only thing you'll pay extra for is any additional toppings.🍛🥘🥫

Whether you fancy one for lunch and one for later, or you're bringing a friend, now's the perfect time to grab a bargain!

📍 We're open from 8:30am and Tuesday is our last day before we head off on our family holiday.🌞

🌞 Holiday Time! 🌞

Just a quick heads-up! We'll be open as normal tomorrow from 8:30am, so if you're after breakfast, a loaded spud, a smash burger or one of our hot dogs, come and see us!

🚨📢We'll then be closed from Wednesday 15th July, returning on Tuesday 28th July📢🚨

We're really sorry to be closing for a little while, but this holiday was booked long before this crazy adventure began. As much as we love serving you all, it's time for us to switch off, recharge the batteries and, most importantly, spend some proper quality time with the kids, who have been unbelievably patient while we've poured everything into getting The Jolly Spud up and running.

Thank you all so much for the incredible support you've shown us already. It honestly means the world to us, and we can't wait to come back refreshed, recharged, and ready to get the hatch open again!

Have a fantastic couple of weeks, and we'll see you all from Tuesday 28th July with big fillings, bigger smiles! 🥔❤️

⚽🍔 Heading to Jolly Abbott Hillmorton for the football? We've got your food sorted! 🍔⚽

Just a little reminder that The Jolly Spud will be opening a little later today, with the hatch opening at 6:00pm.

We'll be serving up smash burgers, hot dogs, dirty fries and loaded nachos right up until kick-off, so you can grab some proper scran before cheering on the lads! 🇬🇧⚽

If you're joining everyone at The Jolly Abbot to watch the match, pop over and see us before the game starts. We'd love to keep you well fed while you enjoy the atmosphere.

⚽️ Football Night at The Jolly Spud! ⚽️

Just a little heads-up...

We won't be opening in the morning tomorrow. Instead, we'll be firing up the grill and opening the hatch from 6:00pm, so everyone heading to The Jolly Abbot can grab some proper grub before kick-off.

On the menu tomorrow evening we'll be serving:

🍔 Smash Burgers
🌭 Hot Dogs
🍟 Dirty Fries
🧀 Loaded Nachos

We'll be serving right up until kick-off, then closing the hatch so everyone can enjoy the match.

Get down a little early, fill your belly, grab a drink, and let's get behind the lads! ⚽🥔🍔

🥵 A little update for today...

Due to the extreme heat inside the trailer, we've made the decision not to put the fire or our jacket potato oven or the fryer on today. The temperature in there is just too high, so the safety of both our customers and ourselves has to come first.

That means there will be:
❌ No jacket potatoes
❌ No dirty fries
❌ No hash browns

But we are still serving:
✅ Bacon
✅ Sausages
✅ Eggs
✅ Baked beans
✅ Tomatoes
✅ Breakfast batches
✅ Mini breakfasts
✅ Smash burgers
✅ Hot dogs

We're really sorry for any disappointment and hope you understand. Thank you, as always, for your amazing support while we battle this heatwave. As soon as the temperature eases off, our full menu will be back! 🥔❤️😊

🌞 A little update from The Jolly Spud! 🥔
With this heat being absolutely relentless, I'll be sticking to a 2pm closing time for the time being, until things cool down a little.

As much as I'd love to stay open later, working in a food trailer in this weather is like standing in an oven! 🥵

Thank you all so much for your understanding, support and for continuing to come and see me. It really does mean the world. ❤️

Hopefully the weather eases off soon and we'll be back to normal opening hours.
