If you come in before 1pm you'll find this helpful lady sitting in the shop eagerly waiting to help you find your happy nutrition place.

She really knows her business and we recommend having a chat. She'll be here on the first Wednesday of every month for sure and she's based in Albert St.

Back to normal opening hours (although we are actually open at 7 in case anyone saw the opening times yesterday), now the red notice is no more.

It looks like today, and for the foreseeable future, is going to be a little more bearable.

Phew! It's a bit hot, isn't it? Maybe that accounts for the fact we've had very few customers today. So what to do? Well, let's get a bit radical, eh?

Whilst this mad heat is going on this week we've decided to close at 12pm. And, yes, that means we'll be open late when things cool down (8-9pm we're thinking). Our thinking is that seeing as the official guidance is for people to stay indoors in this heat, us being here staring out of the window at a mostly empty street is too reminiscent of those days of lockdown for our tastes.

So, from tomorrow (Wednesday 24th June) we'll be opening at 7am, closing at 12pm and then re-opening between 8-9pm (maybe earlier or not at all - let's see what the weather does). In-between those times, we'll be keeping cool as far as possible.

Hopefully this is understandable. And, yes, as far as heat is concerned, we're snowflakes!

You feeling hot? Well, we've got a whole bunch of chilled drinks waiting here to cool you down. From the virtuous and fruity goodness of live kombucha to natural yummy fizzy drinks from Karma and Whole Earth and, if you want to go back to basics, water that has taken 20 years to filter through a mountain!

And it's pretty cool here, weirdly. The shop doesn't really get hit by the sun, so it's never really uncomfortable when its hot outside.

But we totally understand not wanting to venture out in this heat, but if you do we're here for a natural pitstop.

And if you just want to fill your water bottle, we provide that service free of charge.

This Saturday it's time for those of us who love food to get our time to shine. The Rugby Food and Drink Festival is going to be happening round our way. We've got a stall outside our shop where we'll be letting people taste some of the yummy stuff we sell. We'll have special offers and some entertaining surprises (no spoilers!).
