All our birds come with detailed cooking instructions and a handy timing guide to help you achieve the perfect roast.🤌🏻

Unlike commercial turkeys, our birds are slow-grown and reared to full maturity, allowing natural fat marbling throughout the meat and across the back. This marbling helps the bird self-baste as it cooks, resulting in exceptional flavour and juiciness — and it also means a much quicker cooking time.⏰

We recommend cooking the turkey breast-side down to allow the fat to melt through the meat, keeping the bird beautifully moist and extra juicy. 🦃🎅🏻🎄
