Independent Living PA Ltd is looking for an experienced, caring and reliable Support Worker / Home Help to join our friendly team.
You will be supporting vulnerable adults to maintain their independence at home and within their local community.
We are looking for someone who is mature and responsible in their approach, dependable and confident working independently.

⭐ ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
✓ Previous experience supporting vulnerable adults
✓ Caring, patient and professional approach
✓ Reliable with a strong commitment to good attendance
✓ Confident working independently
✓ Excellent communication skills
✓ Full UK driving licence
✓ Own reliable vehicle with appropriate insurance for work purposes
✓ Willing to undergo an appropriate DBS check
✓ Satisfactory references

Our clients depend on regular and consistent support, therefore reliability, good attendance and commitment are extremely important.
